Kung Fu Panda outing

Thanks to Grandma Codella’s most recent package (which included some cash and the suggestion we use it to see Kung Fu Panda), we enjoyed a family afternoon at the movies today.

Once the kids got the idea to go see that movie, that’s all they could talk about for the past week or so.

I wasn’t expecting much, but I have to say I quite enjoyed the flick. It was entertaining and well-done. It was especially entertaining to hear Dominic comment throughout the movie. (He hasn’t yet learned the social graces that usually accompany movie going.)

I was worried he was annoying the other half-dozen groups in the theater but afterwards one of the ladies told us that Dominic ‘made’ the movie for her because his reactions were ‘so cute.’

So, a big thank you goes out to Grandma and Grandpa. The kids loved it!
